Do I need to sign for my order?

Yes, a signature is required when your order is delivered. However if there is a safe place the courier may, at their discretion, leave your parcel at your request. Please be aware that Weterton Feeds cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to any items that have been left at your request.

What if I am out when my item is delivered?

If you are not in, our courier will leave a card giving you the details on how you can re-arrange delivery. However if you have specified a safe place for the parcel to be left, the courier may leave the item, however please be aware that Weterton Feeds cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to any items that have been left at your request.
